Every time an employer hires an outside consultant to persuade employees on how to vote in a union election, federal law requires both the employer and the consultant to disclose that arrangement on a Form LM-20. LaborLab tracks every one of these filings, because workers deserve to know who is being paid, how much, and by whom to shape the outcome of their organizing campaign, even when the disclosure itself lags well behind the fight.
Here is the breakdown of the newest LM-20 filings and the related NLRB activity, covering four new disclosures from four anti-union consulting firms.
$475 an Hour: The Crossroads Group at Johns Hopkins Health System
Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation (MD) hired The Crossroads Group Labor Relations Consultants at $475 an hour. The election was held on August 26, 2026, and results are still pending.
$425 an Hour: LRI Consulting Services at Converge One
Converge One (CA) hired LRI Consulting Services at $425 an hour. The election remains open.
Filed After the Tally: Cummings Group at Brenntag Pacific
Brenntag Pacific (CA) hired Cummings Group. Challenged ballots proved determinative in the election, with the tally announced on August 19, 2026. As with too many of the filings we track, the LM-20 wasn’t disclosed until after that tally was already in.
Another Nursing Home Consultant: C Hunt Management Consulting at Maple View Manor
Maple View Manor, doing business as Mapleview Health and Rehabilitation Center (CT), hired C Hunt Management Consulting to run its anti-union campaign.
Employers keep paying up to hundreds of dollars an hour to fight organizing drives, and disclosure keeps arriving after the votes are already counted. LaborLab makes sure workers see these filings regardless. Help us keep tracking them.
