In a move to silence their employees, the hospital has hired notorious anti-union consultants from LRI Consulting Services and Santana International, Inc. But Santana isn’t playing fair. They’ve failed to disclose the details of their contract with West Suburban Medical Center, including how much they’re being compensated for their coercive work. This is a clear violation of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).
Transparency is crucial. Workers deserve to know how much the hospital is spending to undermine their right to unionize.
