Complaint Filed Against Union-Buster Cesar Lopez

Labor advocacy group LaborLab has filed a complaint against Lopez for failing to properly disclose details of his engagement at Chef’s Warehouse. The complaint alleges that the LM-20 form, filed on June 28th, 2024, was incomplete and filed late.

Specifically, the complaint states that Lopez failed to report his agreed-upon compensation rate, filed the LM-20 73 days after the initial agreement, and did not identify a local union on the form.

LaborLab is urging the Office of Labor-Management Standards to investigate and ensure compliance with labor reporting regulations.
