Bulletin: Union-Busting at Silver Stem Fine Cannabis in Colorado

15 workers at Silver Stem Fine Cannabis in Littleton, Colorado filed a petition to form a union on March 8, 2024. In retaliation, Silver Stem retained the union-busting services of A to Z Consultants. It is unclear how much money Silver Stem is paying A to Z, as the LM-20 filed by A to Z does not include the rate of pay for the consultants in the workplace, which is a violation of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. The union election is scheduled for April 12, 2024.
