Here is the breakdown of the newest U.S. Department of Labor LM-20 filings and the related NLRB activity, covering three new disclosures from two anti-union consulting firms.

The $4,000-a-Day Rate: Gordon Food Service

The highest rate in this batch of disclosures belongs to Gordon Food Service (MI), which retained East Coast Labor Relations at $4,000 per day to respond to an organizing drive among its workers.

$425 an Hour, Twice Over: LRI Consulting Services

LRI Consulting Services shows up on two separate filings this round, both at the same $425-an-hour rate.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety (TX) hired LRI Consulting Services as sprinkler construction technicians at its Schertz facility organize with Road Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669. The election remains open.

Smithtown Kia (NY) hired LRI Consulting Services as workers sought representation with Local 259, UAW. Workers have already voted 8 to 1 in favor of the union, though the case remains open pending certification.
