LaborLab Files Complaint Against Bardi Education Services for Incomplete Financial Disclosure Filing

Labor advocacy group LaborLab has filed a complaint against Bardi Education Services for filing an incomplete Form LM-21. An LM-21 is a disclosure form required by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) for labor relations consultants and other individuals or organizations who provide advice or services to employers regarding labor relations activities, such as unionization efforts.

Bardi Education Services’ 2023 LM-21 filing only covered a period of 30 days, from December 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023. The filing instructions require the form to encompass the entire fiscal year. LaborLab believes this a violation of disclosure rules and has urged the OLMS to investigate the discrepancy.
